The Teenth Project
Electronic Communications Consent
Teenth is an app, so our documents come to you on a screen instead of in an envelope. This is you agreeing to that — and how to change your mind.
Version 2026-07-24
1. What you're agreeing to
You agree that we may provide the Platform Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Score Disclosure, account notices, changes to any of these, and any other required disclosure electronically — in the app or by email — rather than on paper.
You also agree that clicking a checkbox or a button to accept counts as your signature on that document.
2. What you need to receive them
A device with a current web browser, an internet connection, an email address you can access, and the ability to read and save PDF files. If you can use Teenth, you can receive our documents.
3. Getting a paper copy
You can request a paper copy of any document by writing to hello@teenth.app. We do not charge for this.
4. Withdrawing your consent
You can withdraw this consent at any time by writing to the same address. Withdrawing does not undo documents already delivered.
Because Teenth is delivered entirely online, withdrawing consent to electronic documents generally means we can no longer provide the service, and we will help you close your account and get your data.
5. Keeping your details current
Tell us when your email address changes — from your account settings, or by writing to us. If our messages stop reaching you, we cannot give you the notices you are entitled to.
